This spear head was made by early Cadillac, Michigan blacksmith Gus Carlson (1874 - 1951).
Mr. Carlson was a contemporary of Cadillac's Oscar Peterson.

His ad below was found in a 1909 issue of "Hunter - Trapper - Trader".
